Terviseks is a B&B catered towards backpackers, and therefore feels more like a home than a hostel. Excellent facilities, great friendly atmosphere and an unbeatable location. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Why You Should Stay Here?

Terviseks offers dorm beds and private rooms at a good price in a great location, as well as top notch facilities. This is your home away from home!

We are a refreshing alternative to some of the usual hostels with our emphasis on inviting you and and making you feel at home. We do not have bunk beds so you will sleep in your own bed, you can use a kitchen that you would be proud to have in your own home, relax in our living room and enjoy the view of Tartu’s Town Square, freshen up in one of our individual bathrooms, browse the internet on our computers or your own, wash your clothes … basically anything you would do in your own home. Our aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible!

We have Canadian, English and Estonian hosts all of whom will make sure you have all the info necessary to get the most out of Tartu and will keep the place nice and clean for you. We are in the centre of Tartu which makes us easy to find and makes everything easy to get to. Tartu is also in the middle of South Estonia and we can help you organise day trips to nearby Otepaa and Lake Peipsi. Lets not forget that this is also a student town so you are never far away from someone looking to have a party!

  • Very nice bedroom - real beds and only 4 beds in the very big room, nice lockers. A lot of space everywhere - good size bathrooms, amazingly big and very well equiped common area - really good kitchen very friendly staff amazing location was not crowded - so spacious!!! Was nice and clean and not noisy!!!
